Availability: Buyers may not be able to see your property between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. To help you maximize the chances of closing a sale or finding your dream home, I make myself available when needed whether it is 10 p.m., 7 a.m., or on the weekend.

Presence: It's all too common for brokers to have their assistants—who may have little experience—show homes to prospective buyers. As your broker, I promise to personally show your home.

Advertising: I personally will oversee the creation of top-of-the line marketing pieces, complete with eye-catching photographs and floor plans. Upon getting an exclusive agreement with you, I will immediately send the listing to the brokerage community.

Speed: I will get your home on our website and ads placed within 24 hours. Other brokers may take weeks to get advertising materials together—my rapid deployment is essential to attract the largest number of potential buyers.

Staging: Just as people dress up before a date, a home must be made as attractive as possible before it is presented to potential buyers. Put my keen eye and helpful staging tips to work for you.

Cosmetic Renovation: I can suggest minor renovations that will result in a major increase in your property's value. If you’d like I can also recommend contractors who can do a high quality job quickly and economically.
